I'm being ghosted about my account being disabled
Hi, for a week I asked discord support why my account was disabled (for clarification, I got ZERO email, just that I got signed out and when trying to sign back in, they put a message that my account is disabled), they keep putting my request as solved, I am paying for nitro still and my account is still unable to be used, I am considering a charge back because this is getting really annoying and I was patient and nice to support, what is going on?

Discord Support team right now is in poor condition. I am on almost two whole months after my account got hacked and I am still waiting patiently for them. They have a bot that auto solves your tickets when you put in multiple ones so they can avoid spam. I am paying for nitro as well, it's frustrating that all you can do really is just wait, otherwise your tickets are just marked as solved and eventually the bots accuse you of spam if you keep opening tickets.
