tech support's caring attitude towards people

I was banned for my age (I foolishly joked that I was under 13 years old). I promptly wrote to those. support, verified my age, waiting. and my request is marked as "solved" I try to log into my account - all attempts were even. I'm asking tech support what's going on? I sent my birth certificate and I can't log into my account. and for 1 day - ignore
