Deactivate account by accessing internet cafe

My account was disabled immediately after I logged on from the PC(internet) cafe

I also bought Nitro and never been anything against the regulations. However, after accessing the PC cafe at around 6 p.m. on 23.10.28, the account was deactivated immediately
