Discord support not responding at all for disabled account
My account was unnecessarily Disabled because someone reported me. I guess Discord doesn't think I'm of legal age. I filled in the information while registering, I am a 20-year-old adult and my account is being disabled, it's like a joke. Also, customer support hasn't responded to any of my tickets, I'm really getting tired of this situation.

Same here my main account is disabled because I’m age and I’m 19 years old. And discord doesn’t get to my tickets, it’s so old and frustrating. If I worked for the trust and safety team at least I wouldn’t be sitting on my ass and letting these tickets pile up, I would actually resolve them.

I would like to make an explanation for my friends who are experiencing this situation. I recovered my Discord account last night. They ask you for your ID photo (showing your date of birth) and your photo, and you also need to write your username on a piece of paper. After doing these, I did not receive any response, but I managed to attract their attention by spamming them many times and they opened my account.
If you are not an adult, they will not open your account.
