No PC Audio When In Voice Channel

Hiya, I've been experiencing this issue for awhile now. Basically when I'm in any audio call, I have zero sound on my pc. None when using the internet (like youtube) or when playing any games either. I use Windows 10 and have a razer kitty kraken bluetooth headset :3
