"Solved" cases without solving anything is absolutely ridiculous from the staff team given the amount of frustration expressed by the users.
Hello fellow strugglers,
My account is about to be deleted in 2 days, and the absolute only response I've received 12 days ago was from Clyde the bot given the fact that I've NEVER even received an email on WHY my account was even disabled in the first place.
Given the amount that they receive, its honestly fair that they're just lazy. But that being a reason why us users having to suffer from the lack of commit of majority of the staff team (I'm sure there's handworkers out there, props to y'all), and most of us even losing contacts to most of our discord friends just makes this a much more miserable experience on discord.
Honestly this is just a rant but I really hope I can reach out to some of you guys that've went through this as well and maybe share your experience in the trenches here with me.
