My account was hacked and now its disabled by Discord

I have submitted several request tickets about my account being hacked and the only response I've gotten, which was on only 2 of the 4 requests, was that they were working on it. This was stated in the 1st week. It has been now over a month with no update on the progress and Discord has disabled the account. I have given you all the info you need to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account. I'm been apart of Discord since March 4th 2016. I am content creator and my account is the Owner of my Community Discord Server. The process if which discord handles its support requests needs to be majorly restructured. Your Clyde bot marks a request solved before it is even looked at by a representative that could help. I have never see a help system be so dysfunctional. As a Discord community member I request that you please take action and correct these issues before people stop using your services.
