[QOL/ORGANIZATION] Tags for friends and excluding tags from results

I think there should be a tag system for friends. Basically, it would work like the forums channel, where you can make a bunch of tags. You could put them on your friend's profiles (obviously it would only be visible to you) so you could sort them. Then, when you search in your friends list, you can search and filter by whatever tags you want so you can find people more easily. This would help to find people when you have a big friends list and is cleaner looking than labeling everyone with the friends nickname feature (I would rather put some goofy name instead of having to put where I know them from). It isn't that big of a change, but it would be a great quality-of-life feature and I know a lot of people that would like this feature, especially people that like organizing things a lot.

I also think that there should be a way to exclude a tag from the result (this would be for forums tags and friends tags). Basically, you could choose a tag that you want to filter the results with if you want, and then you could choose a tag that you want to exclude from the results. This could help filter messages and people. Then not only could you show a bunch of results only from the topic you want, but you could also filter out the things that you don't want to see. Once again, this would just be another useful quality-of-life feature.
