Age Update thingamajig doohickey confusion

So like about 5 or 9 months ago I made some posts here about my account being disabled for a falsely accused reason blah blah blah, well that's old news, HOWEVER! A new issue has happened to me, for some ungodly reason Discord decided it was an AMAZING idea to disable my account by accusing me of being underaged. Now knowing Discord and their awesome super cool appeals system, it probably won't be any time soon where I get a reply from them;

However I just need your guys' help on answering this question of will I get my account back any time soon or is it time to just open up a new account and hope for the best?

I mean I literally sent them my official government mandated and supplied identification alongside my username and my face for proof so like I dunno - an answer would be very nice ❤️
