all age appeal tickets closed

everytime ive made a ticket for updating my age i upload documents then ½ days later it gets closed to the point where i cant reply to it so im forced to open a new one how do i get this fixed my account is deleted soon and i cant get a staff to view my ticket

  Solution: File a complaint with BBB against Discord. You'll get a human to respond that way.
