Compromised Account
My account got compromised and I immediately put in a ticket and I haven't heard anything in over a month, I reached on on that same ticket 15 days ago and still nothing. Now all my tickets and follow up tickets are being marked as resolved even though nothing has been done. I would like someone to help me recover my original account and this customer service (more like lack thereof) has been absolutely awful.

Discord Support, specifically the Trust and Safety team, have been god awful about this for several months. It's honestly disgraceful.
That said, make sure you're not putting in multiple tickets for the same concern. I found a thread a couple years ago in which they used that as a reason to wash their hands of the situation, and absolve themselves of any responsibility for providing support to their users. Again, absolutely disgraceful of them, but if you want any hope at all, you have to play by their rules.
If it's any consolation, know that you're not alone. This forum is ample evidence of that.
Discord's Trust and Safety team is understaffed to the point of being effectively impotent. They don't have the capacity to provide support within the timeframes of the company's own data retention policies. Something needs to change significantly on their end.
