discord support ignoring me
Recently my account was blocked for “supporting physical violence”, although I definitely didn’t do anything like that.
Plus I had a Nitro subscription, there was no point in breaking Discord rules for me.
I wrote a letter in support, only the bot answered me, after which I responded to this letter, and also wrote again in support, but no one answered me. I wrote to support several times over the course of 10 days, but support ignored me.
In the appeal status it says “completed” everywhere, but I didn’t receive any response

I have the same problem except that my account was deactivated because I was supposedly under 13. I created a ticket where you just have to show ID etc. - tickets are marked as "solved" without even giving me an answer. Thanks to Discord, my account of almost 5 years old is about to get deleted because they are too incompetent to help me with the simplest thing..

I've 8 “Solved” tickets in the span of 20 days, I love receiving support from absolutely nothing

That's the Nelly Bot who is doing that……she did the same thing to me. Only thing I can suggest doing is to send it to the App/Bot option and explain to them that you can't get your tickets to go through and that you need your ticket forwarded to a human over at the Apeal team. Also it helps to file a complaint with the BBB, Discord is highly responsive when a BBB complaint is filed.

It won’t work…mine was just closed by Clyde telling me to go to Trust and Safety request which is the Appeals & Age Update Requests which is where the broken Nelly bot is. Best suggestion I can give you at this point since it didn’t work for me, is to file a complaint with the BBB

so with my situation i dont have email acces and i was switching everything over to my account which i do.
i have the authenticator app my phone number all the devices i used sms 2fa ext u think i will be able to get it back if i show all of that proof0 -

I’m in the beginning phase of it, meaning BBB just sent Discord my complaint last night. I do know from reading the other complaints that Discord does respond usually by the next business day. And some people have had success on getting a positive resolution.
It all depends on why your account was disabled/deactivated for.0 -
A few days have passed and I still haven't received a single answer or help. I give up. At least I have my friends and old servers back

I'm at 23 days past on my ticket, including filing a BBB report. They've completely ignored all my requests. My account was hacked and the hacker took control of the server. I've given the all my information, my server ID, the hackers current user id. I've updated the ticket every time they change their username.
They just keep tauntng us and trying to blackmail us via email and phone calls but discord won't do a thing about it. I've asked them to transfer server ownership, lock down my account, delete my account. They won't lift a finger. But the Valheim server gets hacked and it's back up a day later.
