Disabled Account (SOLVED)
I've had my account (K.A.O_gr33k) for three years now. Someone reported my account for a typo in a message that read “I'm sixk” when I meant “I'm sick.” I tried appealing the disable 7 times in the past 2 hours. I provided I.D. username and a photo of me holding the paper like I was suggested to, confirmed that I read the tos and guidelines, only for the ticket to be closed within minutes without response. No response or anything. If any humans are reading this please help me, otherwise I'm losing memories from friends long passed and I really don't know how to deal with this.
EDIT: Thanks to Dominic (forever grateful!!!) I got a relatively fast response. MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A PICTURE OF YOUR ID, FACE, AND HOLD UP A PAPER WITH YOUR USER AND PHONE NUMBER. I provided like 50 angles as well as a screenshot of my didabled account.

I lost also my account because they ignored me, I'm recommending you to switch to “Guilded” an Platform 90% like Discord but better

After I was “transfered to the Trust and Safety Team” in September, I've been completely ignored. If i didn't have things tied to the account that would be rendered completely inaccessible if I made a new one, I would have just started over. If you’re gonna fight for your account, be prepared for a long and aggravating effort.

TitanClassX I’m prepared for it. I’ve got messages from passed friends and a whole book I’ve been working on for years lost in there. If i could at least get a transcript of the messages, or those servers saved. It isn’t even about the account, I just don’t want to let go of the last reminders I have left. Ik everyone has a sob story but…yk

Cauzumi reach out to them on Twitter and explain the situation also, the good news is it won't be deleted for 30 days after disabling

Cauzumi Congratulations on your account, my questions are where did you contact to make it work? Who and how? I've had 6 useless tickets and nothing's happened. I've contacted them on Twitter and Instagram and it's always the same thing: a generic response telling me to open a ticket to make an appeal, even though I've already made 2.

Daneisra I can tell you I’ve tried every option and I keep getting the same go and choose the Appeals & Age Update Request and the Nelly Bot won’t put my ticket through.

Hannahkaytie2019 Of the 6 tickets, if you take out the ones that were there just to send me to the right department or the one that told me to click on the "forgotten password" button when the button was inactive because my account was deactivated, the first ticket to appeal was just told that my account was deactivated, something I already knew, the second was resolved without even a reply.
There's no support at all but I'm not going to give up just like that .

It’s why I suggest filing a complaint with BBB. I’ve literally been up ALL night arguing with Nelly and being told by the only humans I could get a hold of that I need to redo the ticket. Ugh! At least you get a human when you file the complaint and they will investigate it as soon as they get the complaint from BBB

Great…..I have a feeling that it won’t work for me since mine is a TOS violation that I didn’t actually commit and not age issue and the TOS option is the one with Nelly rejecting the tickets

It’s going to be a while before ANYONE gets a response because “We're currently experiencing increased volumes and will be in touch as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.” That’s what was in the confirmation email I got this morning
