My Discord Account
Unfortunately, when I fired up my computer, excited to spend time with my friends, I encountered a rather message stating that my account had been disabled. I've always maintained a positive presence , rading servers, or engaging in any form of destructive behavior. In fact, I've consistently been a responsible member of the community, contributing positively on Reddit and striving to enhance the overall experience for everyone.
The trouble began when I lost access to my email address about two years ago. I had been using my school email, but when I left the school, they almost instantly deleted the account, not allowing me to switch my emails to my primary address. I can provide any evidence needed to verify my identity, including details about my age, appearance, and confirmation that the account was originally linked to my school.
Aside from being an active participant on various platforms, I also own and manage my own Discord server, investing both time and hundreds of dollars into it. Not only do I admin other servers, but I also engage in some light-hearted banter and share jokes with my friends. Importantly, I have never been a negative influence on the community. I'm genuinely concerned about losing all the hard work and dedication I've poured into this account, my server, and the valuable connections I've made with friends.

Unfortunately, you aren't going to get help from them any time soon. I posted my help ticket back in September, and after their bot said that I was “transfered to the Trust and Safety Team”, I've been ignored completely.

Best way to get a response is to file a complaint with BBB and include your ticket number and use the email address that is associated with the discord account. They respond to those complaints within 1 business day from what I’m reading on BBB’s site. The issue is Nelly bot is broken and she won’t assign your complaint to anyone
