I have proven that I am over 13 but my account is still disabled.

Hello. 

My account was falsely disabled yesterday for being underage because of a message I sent in a private server with friends. I have made 4 different requests with proof that I am not underage. All of my requests have been marked as “Solved” yet my account is still disabled. What do I do?
