Hacked Account and Discord Support doing nothing
It's been like that for almost a month and they won't do anything about it: my original ticket is left open without any new developments and any other one I try to send is closed right away, no one picks up the calls I do either to their US and Netherland offices regardless of day and time, and their Twitter accounts are also useless. How hard is it to get to talk with an actual human being?

Far too difficult. I've been having the same problems since I put in my problem ticket in September. They refuse to do anything to actually help people, instead relying on bots to give empty reassurances before ignoring you completely and hoping you'll give up.

Also happened with me. The support do not respond properly. Very frustrating!

Someone suggested putting in complaints towards the better business bureau, there's just no way a company this big and even wanted to be bought by Microsoft should be allowed to take customer's money when they do not provide services.

Discord lives between the cracks of the FCC, FTC, and BBB.. they are enjoying the free ride of ambiguity while it lasts !
