For everyone who account got disabled with no reason

My account was disabled with no reason on October 12th, I haven't received any email from Discord in my email box at the moment. I immediately wrote a ticket to report my situation, and the next day I only received a canned message from Clyde. As soon as I received the reply I wrote that I wanted to contact the Discord Trust & Safety to find out what happened to my account.

Then I was ignored...

A week later, my ticket on October 19th was marked as solved. WTF bro, I was very surprised. I immediately responded to this ticket that my report didn't get any reply at all. You can't just mark the ticket as solved.

Then I was ignored again…

On the night of November 11th, my account was deleted, but the ticket was still open. I submitted a ticket three times and only received one spam message from Clyde.

The account I had used for six years was gone. There were a lot of memories and game screenshots of me and my friends. I tried very hard to save my account, but it turned out that I wasted a month of patience on Discord. I even there is no way to get back all the friends I made on the game. If you are in the same situation as me, don’t waste any time on Discord, it’s not worth it.
