TRUST & SAFETY IGNORES YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE.
I have been trying for over two weeks now to try and get this “Limited Access” garbage lifted from my account. They have yet to give me zero reason for why they've done this, nor will they tell me when it will be lifted. TEN DAYS AGO they told me to “Wait a couple days”, NOTHING has happened within that time. I have been paying this corporation for YEARS in the form of nitro, and THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ME? THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS?? WHAT DO I DO?
They IGNORE my tickets, closing them within five minutes with ABSOLUTELY ZERO CLARIFICATION. I can't talk to ANYONE that's confirmed to be a real person, I've talked to ROBOTS. JUST ROBOTS. All I can do is spam them in hope of a real person reading my ticket; which, let's be honest, will never happen. They have no “Trust & Safety” team, they do absolutely nothing to protect the users on their site, they don't solve any issues, they do absolutely nothing. NOTHING.
There are no popular enough alternatives to this site, I'm effectively locked out of the friendships and connections I had. Good job Discord.

I'm currently also with them. And no updates, just automated response in the beginning.
I have a feeling they are currently swamped with requests due to too many users being flagged/disabled by anti spam automation. I keep hearing a lot about that people just get disabled while just sitting in chat.
