Discord has not been responding for 5 days
5 days ago, the discord neural network (AI) considered that I was distributing “CP” content, so it instantly disabled my account without even sending an email. I immediately wrote to discord support, since I have a nitro subscription for a year, I waited, waited 3 days and decided to repeat my request, adding information and specifically describing the essence of the problem, and now 2 more days have passed, 0 news. At the same time, for the Nitro Trial about six months ago, I was answered immediately on the day of submitting the request. how you know it was that type of content? normally email just says ToS violation?
so currently their wait times are pretty long. people had to wait for weeks.

lol 😂 good luck! They seem as if they will never respond. I have been waiting 16 days. I have tried tickets and emails (which all seem to be pointless. Emails- usless… They will tell you to make a ticket and it will automatically generate a new ticket)… I have even a review waiting for them on the BBB. My account was disabled as well for supposedly violating either tos or community guidelines. Without an email I have no idea what or how. I have only have two ai bots respond and say I violated a TOS or a community guideline - my account will not be reactivated. Sooo… as of Oct 24th, discord also “started” a new policy on how they would inform their users of breaking their policies. It would be done in app and you would be notified in app, albeit it doesn’t seem like it is working. Or if it is; it’s not meant for disabled accounts… I would give you more information if an actual employee would ever respond to me. Best I can tell you, is if you did have nitro submit a claim (especially if they didn’t render services paid for). It’s a shame, it seems as many people are beyond clueless into why or how… and discord seems to be okay with just closing the tickets. I have asked many many many times to no prevail. Good luck!

They just closed my ticket with no response two hours ago, a week waiting for someone real to see my case and they didn't even respond to me

Yeah, I keep responding on mine when they do it… 😂 it opens it back up, not sure it is helping… but they say not to respond on it because of the overwhelming volume… but when they erroneously close tickets without a resolution… or response it’s the only way I can see to hopefully 🤞 maybe… one day get a human response!

My account got disabled for just saying time. I already sent a clear picture of my ID and a selfie of me. No response yet; already the second time I have been disabled for nothing. Discord support is a disgrace, and honestly, the troubles I have to go through 1 year nitro too on that account.
