Security action option

Maybe add "block channel" option, that will close a channel for a temporary time, that is, members can't text and delete any of there messages, only moderators can view messages, idk what will be the use of it?

1. But maybe for editing the channel, if you have to set up bots and edit those channel and you don't want anyone to interfere, it may be useful for that 

2. if someone send spam texts in your server, you may block all channels.

(You can disable "view channel" permission for everyone, but if you are someone who don't like to play with user permissions all the time, it could be useful for them, I guess)
