Add option to lower someone's voice volume for everyone

An option for moderators to lower or raise a user's volume for everyone would be SUPER helpful. I've had interactions with people who've had super loud mics on accident so I lower their volume, but then 5 other people in the call don't know how to do that so I need to stop playing our game to go and screenshare so I can explain how to raise and lower someone's voice volume. This is a crazy simple feature that could go along way, especially with discord bots. Please add this for my sanity.
