Discord audio settings become an invalid state when PS4 controller is plugged in

When I plug in my PS4 controller after having it unplugged for a while, Discord starts using it for audio output, and has a display glitch showing the device settings as “Default”, even if I had set them to specific devices before plugging in the controller.  Windows 10 is not set to use my PS4 controller as the default audio device, which is why I say it's a display glitch.

This might only happen once per boot, or only if I have my controller unplugged when I start up my computer.
