Give EVERYBODY the ability to toggle which UI they want

So far, it seems as if you only get the option to toggle between the new and old UIs if you were a ‘tester’ for the feature.

Around a month ago I got forced into the new UI and was given the ability to switch between the two options, and still have that. Anybody I know who just got the UI change today though has no ability to toggle which UI they want.

Also, some people still have the old UI with no option to see the new one, even with the app fully updated. It's really annoying and unfair that so many people can't freely choose which UI they want to use when both are actively being used by the community.

You gave me the ability to choose which UI, why not everybody else? It's already been programmed, there's no reason to force people into using one when they're BOTH in use.

  I was using the old UI even tho I had the update before, and today, literally out of nowhere, it changed. I'm using iOS and I'm literally considering reverting to an old Full Backup of my entire iPhone which has the old version of Discord mobile on it, and then disabling the automatic updates from there, in the hopes that I can have SOME semblance of usability again. Right now it's THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

  This was an option for a while, why is it only being removed now? The vast majority of users hate the new ui, there's no reason to force it on everybody.
