Please make sure your application is fully functional before forcing the update.

I've seen lots of complaints about how the new update looks and is organized and while they're all valid in their own right, my biggest complaints are the ones about Discord just straight up ignoring your settings.

I have my phone set to stay portrait no matter how I rotate it. Discord is the only application that is ignoring this and is rotating as I shift my phone around.

I don't want contacts on my phone to just be able to add me on Discord because I don't like to mix personal with professional. Yet every time I uncheck the box that says “Allow contacts to add me”, I return to find it has been re-checked.

Discord devs this is not okay. If you're going to force everyone to experience this update that you've apparently worked so hard on, MAKE SURE IT ACTUALLY LISTENS TO USER SETTINGS.
