Cancelled my nitro. Start listening to your users

I've used this app long enough to say, discord absolutely DOES NOT CARE about me, you or anyone using it. They are actively going out of their way to demolish its usability for mobile users.

Instead of: fixing bugs, optimizing the app for fast pace response times, actually give us functional and much needed features,

They would rather: not do any of that whatsoever, go after and ban users and server owners who have not and never broken TOS, implement random nonsense features that no one has even asked for AND implements an entirely new update that rearranges the UI - which is 25% slower than what we had before, completely throwing off their userbase and extremely frustrating to even navigate. OH, and I can't even send images anymore thanks to the new UI bug. There have been many more issues over the years that I can't even bring off the top of my head.

I'm cancelling my subscription and keeping my money, which I thought would fund the better development on this app.

Discord, start listening to your users. If you want my and other people's money back, treat us better.
