literally unusable rn

the new mobile ui is completely broken for me.  im installing a downpatch rn but the new ui has all the important elements hidden behind my home button and notifications bar, aka things I CANT TAP ON OR RISK LEAVING THE APP.  not to mention how ugly and unnecessary the app is. if literally my entire social circle wasnt there id be long gone, discord.  change it back literally nobody asked for this ui “update”.  its a downgrade in every respect and i want no part in it.

    I could get over the aesthetics, but there are SO. MANY. BUGS.
    (bounding boxes for emojis, image scaling, image upload, positioning when switching channels, back arrows after resetting a search, etc etc)
    Not to mention the fact that swipe controls are being changed in a way that makes the app less usable 
    (I'm looking at you swipe right to reply)
