PLEASE change the UI back to the legacy version, or at least give us the option.

Nobody liked the horrible UI update put out four months ago (which, mind you, was almost exactly like this), and we were at least given the option to change it back. We should be given the same option this time. I hate having to run through a maze to find my DM's and having my “notifications” at the bottom of the screen when I can check pings on a server; it's redundant and unnecessary.

Furthermore, congratulations, Discord! You COMPLETELY broke your search bar! Now, instead of searching for a message within a server regardless of the channel, users have to individually browse each channel for the message(s) they're looking for, returning no results until they finally guess the channel right. I've been using the search bar to find messages from my friends that I like for years until you all screwed it up for kicks and giggles. As negative as the reception has been to the new UI update, I wonder what the thought process was behind each individual who was in support of this brain-frying decision.
