Technical problems with new UI

Not only do I personally think the new UI looks terrible and would like at LEAST an option to change it back to the old one, but with the new UI, discord has just gotten worse in general.

When I open it, it loads channels MUCH slower and I need to wait 5-10 seconds until I can actually type stuff in there. I've never had that problem before. Also, when I open discord from a notification, I can't type anything at all, and need to close discord and open it again JUST so I can respond to something. And then I won't even be in the channel I just opened, but in the one I was before that notification.

Please, please, just give us the old UI back. Even if it's optional. And fix the problems. Discord is horrible right now. I've been using discord since lime, 2018, and it's never been this bad. I don't even enjoy it on there anymore.
