“Manage Pins” and/or “Pin Messages” be separate from “Manage Messages.”

As an owner and admin for multiple large servers (30,000 members or more) I’ve found it pretty impossible to get my staff to not pin messages that were ridiculous or something derogative. However, disabling this feature, means disabling the ability to delete the messages. Having pins as a separate permission could very easily stop this, and not have the headache daily. I think a lot of us here can all agree that pins, although great for certain situations, can still be a hassle to deal with considering what is said by users cannot always be moderated 24/7.
