I like to agree this but,
you should know that people who look at feedbacks and Discord hacked accounts are diffrent departmans.
Their answer time or actions are changeable, some departmans are way too fast beacuse they do more job. And some doesnt.
Also answer time is case-by-case. Meaning some people doesnt wait as you do and even can get their account back in 1-2 hours. And they had to go thought many tickets, even international tickets which they should be extra careful with.
