Reminder that your community hates the new UI
By failing to listen to your community, you’re actually breaching your own words where you claim to listen to the community. The new layout will continue to receive a lot of harsh feedback because it’s a terrible and disgusting mistake. You guys took a hit and missed. If you’ve lost profit over it, too bad, suck it up, and revert it before you lose even more profit. I can guarantee you, a lot of very loyal paying community members have left and will continue to leave due to this negligence. I personally will be leaving as soon as another more appropriate platform is found. Discord used to be great for its uniqueness, but given you wish to continue down the route of following in Instagram and facebook’s footsteps I’m going to have to support other projects instead.
As I said, you have received your feedback, and it’s not positive. Continue ignoring it to remove the left over people you do have, or start to listen to it and keep your bottom line in check. The choice is yours.
A business is only as successful as its ability to listen to its customers.
