Folding Phone Support

Hi discord still does not have proper support for folding phones and screen swapping. I see a handful of older posts talking about this but it is still an active issue that merits fixing. 

It is frankly unacceptable for an app of discord's size to not have proper support for rescaling and screen swapping. Every other app I use, even some small ones support, at a minimum, the ability for the app to properly rescale on display change. 

To describe the issue anew. When switching from cover display to internal or vice versa, discord does not rescale. This leads to it either taking up half the screen or hanging off the edge cutting off UI elements, making the app unusable. 

I hope to see this issue remedied in brisk fashion.
