The new UI is still clunky, unusable, and hard to navigate

You can't make up for this by just trying to ram marketing materials down our throats about how much “better” the new UI is. It isn't. Stop trying to gaslight us by claiming that it is. Just listen to your user base when they tell you that the old UI was leagues better.
