Channel-wide voice effects (for fun)

Hi, my idea is to add a room feature where anyone with the assigned role privelege can toggle on/off an effect, ie. reverb, MORE reverb, muted closet, deeper pitch, higher pitch, etc, that affects anyone within the same call.  It could be optional, similar to soundboard.
