Priority of volume in voice channel, set by the listener

As a team, we’ve been thinking for a long time that it would be useful to have a feature where a listener could not only adjust the volume for a particular person but also make their voice a priority (similar to how it works now, but currently, it is set by the server administrator). Often we have a background discussion of something while a couple of people are doing something. And when you need to say something to each other, you have to deal with the general noise. With the priority feature, everyone could set a priority interlocutor themselves, and at the same time would not have problems with the general topic. And so as not to interfere with others, your own voice could be heard quieter for others. I suggest making the function one-time - you changed the channel and the setting was reset.
