discord.exe application error 0xc000003e

I have faced a fundamental and unsolvable problem
After installing Windows and installing Windows drivers, I install the Discord program, the program is installed correctly, and with a reset or shutdown, the program works correctly.

 When I install other programs that I use in Windows, I face the error 0xc000003e.

I completely delete the program and install it again. The program opens correctly and I log in to my account, but after a few minutes the program crashes and closes, and I click on the program icon and again encounter the error 0xc000003e.
The things I did to fix this problem include:
