Showing names in a call, at all time

As the title says, it'd be a really awesome feature to me, if you can make it an option, to always show people's name in a voice chat. Keep in mind. I'm not refering to the channel itself, but once you enter the channel, you get a bigger picture of people in your call, if you watch the channel itself. Like a stream. When i hover my mouse into the call, to see who's streaming, it'd be nice to have their names always showing. Here's my example of what i'm refering to:
