falsley disabled and only automated response for my requests

I have been falsely disabled for uploading a picture in DM chat with my gf, sent here a non-NSFW picture of my friend, and even if it was NSFW she is 21 and I am 20. I can't seem to reach anything but a bot response when trying to appeal and Im bummed out because I have many memories on the account + nitro booster for more than a year and a half. I had never gotten any warning before the day of the disabled and I have no idea why I got disabled. Does anyone know how to reach a human being behind the discord request server? have opened many tickets and only got bot responses, to the bots I also responded but no response
