Drawing board/canvas
When I attach an image discord lets me remix it, draw, and add stickers over it right? So I want a feature that will let me make an empty canvas without having to attach any images so I could let's say just draw something to a person.

For that you can use some other platform like Canva or tools of Adobe. By utilizing such platforms you can also enhance your art work. These platforms offers you a blank canvas on which you can draw anything without uploading any image, as you wanted.
