discord support needs to up their game.

im so sick and tired of discord support completely ignoring me like ive seen a smaller group of a support team and theyve got a better one than discord support. also nelly is the WORST agent ever. like it cant even respond and all it does is mark my tickets as solved, its a shame it was hired ever.
