Hacked Account, refusing support, this is a serious issue!!
My account got hacked a week ago and Discord Support has refused to help me regain my account back. My friend’s account got hacked and decided to message me and state that they had reported an account with a similar name to mine, saying I had to prove to “Discord Support” that I didn’t do anything wrong, so they made me follow someone that acted like discord support and they made me change my email and told me I would have to pay $150 to save my account. Luckily my friend stopped me from sending the money and before I knew it the account was taken over by the hacker, me loosing all my friends, pictures, and special messages.
Now this hacker that took over my account is trying to hack my friends and family and that’s something that needs to be fixed. This hacker can not keep doing this to people with my account that was perfectly fine before they took it over.
I’ve sent 5 tickets in and Discord has stated that they can’t help me. Some of the tickets they have just immediately closed and didn’t give me any information about the situation. This is a serious issue and needs to be fixed and I would appreciate it someone could see this and help me get my account back..
All the screenshots here are proof of what happened to my account and showing how the hacker is trying to scam my friends.. If ANYONE can help me get in contact with an actual person from Discord to help me get my account back that would be great.

It sucks the fact I’ve had to send 5 TICKETS and still no help at all. The person that hacked my account is harassing my best friends!

Don't spect anything, i got my account hacked the 25th of march and i've sent almost 20 tickets and they just spam me with the same answer always ¨Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support for this request.¨ It's very frustrating because i've been sending tickets for more than 3 months, sending them enough information and proving them that i got hacked and they say that they can't do anything.

No matter what I will keep trying to get my account back, even if it takes a year I will keep trying because this is absolutely pathetic that they can’t go and help someone in need!

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. Have you reported this directly to Discord's official support team or reached at the support team of garage doors. They should be able to investigate and help secure your account.

I have already commented on this here I am again to actually help maybe idk I'm gonna tell u what my experience was
I got hacked the same way by accidentally reported u scal on 25th of june and got my account back on the 9th of july, yesterday
The Clyde bot might say that support can't do anything to help you retrieve your account but this statement is ofcourse false, you CAN get your account back if you changed the email of the account
How did i get my account back? sending tickets everyday (everytime they auto solved my ticket with the Clyde bot) keep trying and you will eventually get in contact with a real person. It took about 13-16 tickets for me so it'll be a long road coming---
The tricks I used but I'm not certain of which worked on the email that got them to change the hackers email back to my email:
- changing my discord support username to be begging for them to review my ticket
- instead of choosing the option in the suspicion thingy-- staff impersonator, choose I don't know/ I'm not sure
- changing the subject every ticket being also very unecasseraly long
- send them 1-2 extra mails when they ask for if you have any questions about the request you have just send (I don't mean by that send extra tickets just send extra mails about the request!!)

making that the description of the ticket has a LOT and I mean A LOT of unessacary information that prolly won't help the investigation including every detail of what happend, example-- my friend dm'ed me saying that they accendtally reported me….. I'm worried and I don't know what to do….. etc.
Don't forget to include the date of when u got hacked the username of the account and the hackers email (if you still have it) and what email they should change it back to

I'm having the same issue, the only difference is i got my account disabled due to bad-willing people spam reporting it
