My account was hacked and I had Nitro signature

I was hacked and I'm still not able to recover my account. They didn't changed my email but they put a 2FA so I can't change the password. And I believe reading all those feedbacks that I may not recover my account due to sloppy Discord support. I have a Nitro subscription and I'm worried about the credit card bill. I already blocked the virtual credit card that I used to pay my Nitro, but since I blocked my card Discord won't be able to charge me. So is this enough to them to cancel my monthly Nitro charges until I recover or not my account?
