Direct Video Call Quality Increase: Feature Suggestion

Hello!

I recently received confirmation (screenshot of the email below) that every Discord user, regardless of whether they are a Free user, or pay for Nitro Basic or Nitro, has the same max attainable video and audio quality for direct video calls.

Because I like Discord (it's easy and modern), I default to suggesting to people that we use it for our video catch-ups.

However, as someone with a 1080p 60fps-capable webcam and 100Mbps symmetrical fiber to the home package, I would definitely benefit from a max attainable quality increase for direct video calls, and I'm sure numerous of Discord's other users would too. Especially as cheap hardware quality improves.

So, I'd like to suggest, as a feature addition, that the max attainable (if hardware supports it) video and audio quality for direct video calls quality is increased by Discord's Product & Dev Teams, if not just for free users (ideally), then at least for Nitro Basic and Nitro users. That'd be a really nice addition to an already great Windows and mobile app.
