Auto solved tickets and no information

So i asked for how much longer would i have restrictions on my DMs and the response just said fille a new appeal, like what i asked when can i actually message friends because the strike said today i could but nope still can't, i aksed again but the ticked is "solved" like what tf it isn't solved.
