[Feature Request] Multiple Profile Pictures (Dynamic Profile Pictures)

I believe implementing a feature for multiple profile pictures would greatly enhance user experience and personalization on the platform.

Potential implementations

Profile Picture Library

Allow users to upload and maintain a list of profile pictures.
Provide an easy interface to switch between these pictures at will.

Timed Profile Pictures

Enable users to set specific timeframes for different profile pictures.
This could work with or without the profile picture library.

Extras

Status: Allowing users to pick one of the pictures from said Library for Away, Online Offline and so on…
Random/Rotating: Allowing users to pick a couple within of pictures or assign multiple pictures to a timeframe. Then switching between the currently possible profile pictures at a given interval, randomly or by some given order.

Use Cases and Examples

Time-based Profile Picture Changes

A user could set their profile picture to show their character sleeping between 1 AM and 7 AM local time.
During work hours (9 AM - 5 PM), the profile picture could show the user in professional attire.
In the evening (6 PM - 12 AM), it could switch to a more casual or fun image.

Mood Indicators

Users could quickly switch their profile picture to reflect their current mood or status (e.g., busy, gaming, relaxing).

Event-based Changes

Automatically change profile pictures for holidays or personal events (birthdays, anniversaries).

Dynamic Variety

A user could upload multiple pictures of their pet and have Discord randomly select one each day, providing a fun, ever-changing profile for their friends to see.

Enhanced User Engagement

This feature would add a new layer of dynamic interaction and personalization to Discord, making the platform even more engaging for its users.

Potential Traffic Reduction

By allowing users to pre-upload multiple profile pictures and automate changes, this feature could reduce the number of individual profile picture upload/update requests. Currently, users who frequently switch between profile pictures manually generate multiple update requests. An automated system could potentially streamline this process, reducing server load and network traffic.

Increased Nitro Subscriptions

Implementing this feature could drive Nitro subscriptions. As a personal example, I would gladly upgrade to Nitro to access this feature, and I'm convinced many others would feel the same way.
