Discord makes my false age ban ticket as solved and its not solved

its been 4 days and i don't know its auto or not its mark as solved when i check my account still on false age ban, no one reply on ticket is just auto marked as solved this is realy bad. 

i think im gonna lose my 2 year nitro sub
