Differentiating Nitro discriminators and default discriminators.

This is pretty niche, and also very silly, but I want you to have the ability to hover over someone's discriminator on their profile to show whether or not it's a custom discriminator via Nitro or if it's the one they were given by default (discriminator here being #XXXX).

I pretty much request this because I'm somewhat interested in getting Nitro, but I don't really want to trivialize my own discriminator by doing so. Again, extremely silly, but that's how I feel!

I suppose of course, you could give people the option to go back to their originally rolled discriminator if they want, but I'm sure for most users who've changed their discrim already, it's not possible.
