[PRIVACY AND SECURITY] - Client-side Local Passcode

Dear Wallace Breen,

Something I take for granted with Telegram is the Local Passcode feature: Even though you stay signed in to your account, the app can be configured to lock itself when it starts up or when you're away for a certain length of time with a separate (and unique) local passphrase. Furthermore, it actually encrypts your client-side information with a private key derived from this passphrase.

On shared computers, or in workplaces and/or households where you'll often have coworkers and/or relatives who will often try to snoop on your stuff while you're away, a Local Passcode feature can be a lifesaver, and it seriously makes me wonder why this isn't also part of Discord.

I appreciate the convenience of automatically signing in to my account, especially when things like 2FA are enabled, but the lack of security or privacy becomes incredibly frustrating at times. Could we please have a feature like this implemented in the near future?

Post-Script:
It has come to my attention from some colleagues of mine that a possible (and optional) extension of this could be a client-side version of 2FA, and/or in the case of Windows-based systems, integration with the Encrypting File System (EFS) for an additional layer of security.
