Discord in-game Overlay causes stuttering in CoD BO4

I have tested this on other games and it does not appear to cause any issues, but in Call of Duty Black Ops 4, it drops frames like crazy i tried to lower the graphics settings as low as possible and it seems like discord causes this, because when i closed the app it all goes to normal 70+fps on avg with no stuttering. i want to know that im not the only one with this problem and if there is any solution.
