My guildies and I love to do watch parties together for holidays, but being PS4 gamers means about 80% of my members are on Discord mobile. Incorporating screen share on mobile devices would make Discord that much more useful for console players who depend on Discord for social space.

Might I just add that while this is fully possible on desktop and in real life too, screensharing apps such as Snapchat sounds a little risky, not for the person sharing their screen but for the person who sent a snap thinking only the screensharer would see it. Idk, just a small comment.

I'd say... At least make other people's screenshares viewable on Mobile, because there have been many times when I had to show steps to fixing a PC live to other MOBILE users,
Also, if camera could be projected both ways, why not screenshare?

I have an Alcatel A574BL which is an Android, and having the same issue too. However, my s/o used to screen share all the time with me whenever I'm on my mobile but nowadays he's been crashing every time he does so. By the way, he's on PC. Other times, he would try streaming his game for me but I still can't see it in my end whether I'm on mobile or not.

As a student I can only afford to be on mobile. This feature would be very useful since I use an iPad to take notes. With screen sharing I can collaborate with my classmates and do homework.

My server members said yesterday that they could see my Go Live on their mobiles!!! Make sure your servers have Go Live capability turned on for ALL MEMBERS. (not just the ones who are wanting to have the active screen at the time).
I started the Go Live from my PC. No idea if they could share their screen or not0 -

Born is saying that screen share is possible on mobile if the settings are turned on in the server. Tested it and it’s not a thing.

I turned on Go Live on my computer, for everyone on my server, not only the person streaming, but those wanting to join too.
It may be that coincidentally, all were on PC or android.1 -

This is actually currently popular on Skype! Come on Discord, I remember when I first came here from Skype and Discord had all the same features as Skype and even more, it's time to keep the crown! Skype is adding new features to, and if Skype mobile can screenshare so can you guys!

I have a OnePlus 7T and it allows screen recording ( built in ) this feature would be awesome

Please implement this. We're now partially migrating to Zoom because Discord doesn't have this feature, but we'd much prefer not having to use multiple apps. Almost every other video chat app supports this (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Skype, Facebook Messenger, to name a few), just Discord doesn't for some reason. There's been a ton of work on video features recently (e.g. server video and the new multi-streaming stuff), so why is this basic feature still missing? :/

Discord... I know that Google Hangout Meet has iOS Screensharing feature. So why can't you just add that feature? I think it's possible for iOS and Android both

I’m hoping this gets an answer sooner or later. We have video camera so I don’t see why not we shouldn’t screen share as a new update. This has probably been ongoing for 2 years now and yet no response yet given.

Any chance of getting an update on this feedback item? Lots of game are exclusive to mobile and it would be great to be able to stream them to Go Live on discord servers. Since mobile games are full screen, allowing Go Live full screen shouldn't be too much of an issue (at least on Android), cannot speak to iOS as they might have their own challenges on that platform.
